Improve the quality of education for women to facilitate life-long learning as well as development of occupation/vocation/technical skills by women.
Developing gender sensitive curricula to address sex stereotyping as one of the causes of gender discrimination.
Adequate number of professionally hired security guards shall be posted at all campuses and at all times especially during the late evening working hours.

1. Safe guard the self- esteem and rights of the women in the college; empowering them to take part in all the activities of the college and thereby making them to feel that they are no longer inferior to men. 2. Process all the individual complaints and take suitable action there in the manner and mode as per the college norms. 3. Provide assistance to the Faculty/Institute for taking preventive steps in the matter of gender discrimination and sexual harassment. 4. Any type of sexual harassment i.e. physical, verbal or mental shall come under the purview of the cell, and it is empowered to initiate legal actions against such Offences. |
